White - 19 These claims commence at the S.E. corner wate of Henderson & Co and run east 150 feet thence northerly up the gulch 300 feet thence west 150 feet & thence down Henderson & Co's line to place of beginning 3000 feet. 11 Jun 1863 J. Graham - 47, 48 These claims commence at a stake 50 feet from the gulch known as Gordon's Gulch and runs southerly along the line of Graham & Moss 150 feet thence up the hill easterly 450 feet thence northerly 150 feet thence 450 feet down said gulch along the line of the creek claims to place of beginning. Kaveneaugh & Co. - 54 This claim commences at the N.E. corner stake of the Comstock ground and runs south to Comstock's eastern line, thence down said line 150 feet, thence northerly 100 feet thence westerly 150 feet and thence southerly in a direct line to place of beginning. Moss - 54 This claim commences at the N.E. boundary of Colwell & Co, and extends n. easterly from a certain stake below the French reservoir towards the mouth of Gordon's Gulch thence N.Westerly 150 feet thence S. westerly 150 feet & thence easterly 150 feet to place of beginning. White as agent - 55 This claim is a piece or parcel of groiund running around the Kaveneaugh ground on the south and west formerly owned by Comstock and sold by him to the F. B. F. C., s. S. White agent described on the plage of page 21. 1 Aug 1863 laid up till April 1st 1864 S. S. White, agent 396, 400 These claims commence at the SW corner of the old Comstock ground described above and run up the hill west 150 feet thence N. westerly 300 feet to the White claims thence easterly down White & Co's line 150 feet and thence along the Colwell & Co line 300 feet to place of beginning. Duckworth These claims are described on page 6 of old record recorded and preempted by James Ricahrd Dyre & Co now owned by the above parties. 6 Oct 1864, Auburn Theodore Mechent - 64 Peter Connory This claim is situated on French Gulch preempted by Kirlew & Brother in law, and sold to the present owners by George Slocum as attorney in fact for Kirlew & Co. Said claim according to bill of sale is to be paid for when the money is taken from the claim, and is bounded on th west by Slocum & Co and on the southern side by the claims owned by Brainard & Co. Laid by till May 1st 1865, according to the law of Sept 14th. 8 Oct 1864 Slocum & Co.
