lower boundary of O. Barr & Co.'s claim and running along O. Barr's west
line, and joining, extends up the gulch 300 feet or two claims. These claims
have been occupied since last Oct.
These claims have been purchased by Van Schuyler and laid by till April 1st
1864

This claim commences at the stump which marks the lower boundary of Howard &
Co. and extends on the west side of the gulch 150 feet down to Crane.

southerly down the gulch or flat measuring from the center of these claims 935
feet to the SW corner stake, thence 200 feet easterly thence southerly 100
feet thence easterly 50 feet to place of beginning.

of discovery as claimed by Graham (48)

down O'Barr's line to place of beginning, two of these claims have beenr
ecorded before in the name of S. S. White & E. M. White.

This claim commences at the N.E. corner stake of the Comstock ground and runs
south to Comstock's eastern line, thence down said line 150 feet, thence
northerly 100 feet thence westerly 150 feet and thence southerly in a direct
line to place of beginning. This claim is platted on page 21.

This claim commences at the N.E. boundary of Colwell & Co, and extends n.
easterly from a certain stake below the French reservoir towards the mouth of
Gordon's Gulch thence N.Westerly 150 feet thence S. westerly 150 feet &
thence easterly 150 feet to place of beginning.

This claim is situated on French Gulch preempted by Kirlew & Brother in law,
and sold to the present owners by George Slocum as attorney in fact for
Kirlew & Co. Said claim according to bill of sale is to be paid for when the
money is taken from the claim, and is bounded on th west by Slocum & Co and
on the southern side by the claims owned by Brainard & Co.

Laid by till May 1st 1865, according to the law of Sept 14th.
