Charles Hubbard

Charles Albert Hubbard, 69, of Prineville died June 14, 2006 of natural causes.
Services will be private and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Hubbard was born on March 6, 1937, in Birmingham, Ala., to Albert and Doris 
(Smith) Hubbard.
He served in the U.S. Air Force and was married to Pauline Pratton on Oct. 24, 
1964, in Concord, Calif.

Mr. Hubbard worked as a meat cutter, retiring from Safeway in 1992. He belonged 
to the New Life Bible Chapel and loved to build things. He had lived in the 
Prineville area for 30 years.
Survivors include: his wife, Pauline "Polly" Hubbard; son Timothy Roberts of 
Prineville; daughters Susan Hamon of Prineville, Teresa Podzemny of Amarillo and 
Kristion Hubbard, also of Amarillo, Texas; sister Gertrude Jones of Birmingham; 
nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his 
parents, two sisters and two step-sons.
Deschutes Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
