Besides his wife the deceased is survived by a son, Harvey of Baker, and five daughters, Mrs. Nettie Jones of Mosier, Oregon, Mrs. Lela Blackaby of Oak Grove, Mrs. Minnie Knott of Oak Grove, Mrs. Nora Baker of Yreka, California and Mrs. Verna Petty of Greenhorn. ALLEN, George E. Born 7 August 1850 in LaPierre County, Michigan. Died 27 Mar 1933 at Baker, Oregon He had served two terms as justice of the peace in Baker, and during his residence at Sumpter before locating in Baker had served in the same office at that place, and had served as a justice of the peace in Michigan before coming to Oregon. He was married to Miss Ida Hawley, 22 January 1871, at Muskegon, Michigan. They moved to Oregon in 1886 locating on a farm near Salem, where they made their home until they moved to Eastern Oregon in 1900. They located at Sumpter and made their home there until 1917 when Judge Allen took up the practice of law in Baker, and this place has been his home since. ALLEN, Mrs. Ida Victoria Born 11 December 1851 in Strassroy, Canada. Died 25 May 1934 at Baker, Oregon Ida Victoria Hawley was married to George E. Allen 22 January 1871 in Michigan. They came west in 1886 and located in Salem. In 1900 they moved to Sumpter and remained there for 18 eyars before moving to Baker. Mr. Allen, a veteran Oregon attorney, was justice of the peace in Sumpter for eight years and held the same position in Baker for two terms. He died in Baker 28 March 1933. Mrs. Allen was a member of the Episcopal church. She is survived by three daughters, M. F. W. Sharp of The Dalles, Mrs. Roy Hunt of Los Angeles and Miss Mary Allen, teacher in the Baker schools; two sons, Charles F. Allen of Fortuna, California, and Robert E. Goodman came to Oregon by ox team with her family in 1876 and located in this valley. She was married to James Burrell 27 November 1877 in Haines where she lived for several years. Mr. Burrell died in January, 1926. Nancy A. Burrell was married to William C. Baker, Civil war veteran 10 Aug 1929 and spent the remainder of her life in this city. She was a member of the Ladies of the G.A.R. BEGLEY, Mrs. C. C. Born1 4 Aug 1875 near Valesca, Iowa. Died 13 November 1931 at Baker, Oregon Nora Thomason came by the overland route with ehr parents to Oregon in 1888, locating on a farm in the Muddy Creek section, and later moving to Wingville. On 17 June 1891, she married C. C. Begley and the couple moved to Huntington. After a number of years spent in Huntington they then lived in Idaho, coming back to Huntington where they made their home until 1923, when they moved back to Baker. Three daughters were born to them, two of whom survive: Mrs. Robert L. Lowe of Baker and Mrs. R. E. Cameron of Lime. Surviving also are her husband, C. C. Begley; two sisters, Mrs. B. O. Kempher and Mrs. Leona Mather, both of Baker; a brother, W. T. Thomason of Wingville, and four grandchildren, (over) Baker Funeral Home
BEGLEY, Christopher Columbus Born 25 July 1859 near Louisville, Kentucky Died 11 July 1934 at Baker, Oregon. He came to Baker county from Kansas in 1886. He located at Huntington and lived in that vicinity until 1912, when he moved to Weiser. He lived in Weiser until 1918, then returned to Huntington and came to Baker in 1923. Mrs. Begley died here in November, 1931. He was employed by the Oregon- Washington Railroad and Navigation Company for several years and operated a farm near Huntington for a few years. He was a charter and life member of Rathbone lodge No. 132, Knights of Pythias and was a past chancellor commander of that organization. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. R. E. Cameron of Lime, and Mrs. Hulda Lowe of Baker; three sisters, Mrs. Kate Mullikin of Caldwell, Mrs. Lizzie Lincoln of Salem and Mrs. Sarah O'Connor of Montpelier, Idaho; four grandchildren (over) Baker Funeral Home

BOHN, Albert Born 1 May 1852 in Germany. Died 16 December 1933 at Baker, Oregon. At the age of 16, he went from Germany to Brazil, where he lived for four years. He later spent 30 years in Illinois and Oklahoma City before moving to Baker. He is survived by his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Olga Graham of Sacramento, and three sons, Emil and Otto Bohn of Sacramento, and Albert Bohn of Oklahoma City.

BRADY, Thomas Born 5 November 1854 at Pittsburgh, Pa. Died 12 March 1932 at Baker, Oregon He came west in 1904 and located in Billings, Mont. He came to Oregon in 1907 and entered the employ of the Sumpter Valley railroad where he remained until ill health forced him to retire. Mr. Brady's wife died many years ago in Pennsylvania. He was a member of the Catholic church and as far as known no relatives survive. Interment will be in Mt. Hope cemetery at Baker, Oregon. Baker Funeral Home
